Whats the downside to E rating beside a stiffer ride and a little heavier? Curious because i pull a trailer from time to time and have considered E rating. I have a rack and water tank (4Gallon) and carry other equipment totaling 200lbs maybe.
For the Virginia folks- I am in central Virginia looking to have my Mojave re-geared. Looking for referral to shop that knows what they are doing, preferably closer to Charlottesville. Not looking for anything too aggressive, just want to make towing a little easier running 35's.
I know exactly where you are coming from. Very similar use for my Mojave. Went with the 35x11.50(Toyo's for what its worth). Love the look, no perceivable difference in performance even while towing. No regearing and kept oem rims. I'm guessing you will be able to tell a little with the manual...
For everyone that said they installed seat jackers: I am 6'5" and am worried that increasing the height of the seat will put my head too close to the ceiling. I currently lower my seat down and put it all the way back.(Slide not recline) Anyone have any trouble like that?
Had the same cold issue with a long run in the mountains. Felt convinced that the cold impaired the function, nothing really to press on the fob in my pack.

I think it all depends on what you consider doing its job. For me, its protecting the passengers and being able to drive away and not be stranded. This bumper did keep the deer out of the engine compartment and out of the passenger compartment. That's the most important thing. Sure, there are...
If your remote battery is dying you should also have limited range for locks and remote start if you have one. I have had this message come up randomly and it continues to work fine in subsequent days. If its still under warranty then get the dealer to change it because , why not. But if not I...
In addition to the weight you have changed the center of gravity. More weight up high is more likely to start a sway/oscillation under certain conditions that once it starts will continue to worsen. If you were purely overweight you should see some sag in the rear. If that isn't the case than I...
Welcome aboard the Mojave train. You do you, but as for me, I am loving the Mojave stock with 35's. Rides great, handles all the beach I can throw at it and no issues with the trails. Not a rock crawler but loads of fun.
