Do you know if you order a new one do you need a 4 digit code or is that for one already associated with a Vin number

They didn't have the option when I bought my Sport S. October 2019. You would think they would support the upgrade being they now offer it.

Thanks. I have found the part # for the jt. Have found it at moparpartswholesalers. Was just wondering if it would be plug and play. My dealer service manager said there was no way to upgrade. Was hoping to find one on here.$1500.00 for a new one with bezel. Guess they don't show up here often.

Is the 8.4 upgrade from 7 inch plug and play? My dealer said there is no way to upgrade.

The 7inch which I have now has siriusXM So there has to already be an attena. The GPS and Sirius are on the same antenna.

Probably why my dealer is giving me the run around. I have seen other posts where they have installed the Mopar part #68417861AK and it was plug and play. Trying to find out if the bezel is included. Any info from anyone who has done this would be awesome

Which clips and where did you order? Have already had to take the wife's JL in to get the passenger side repaired. It's still under warranty. Afraid the same will to my JT

I am sure you have the old box. My was built 10/20. As far as I know all of the 2020 have the aluminum steering gear.

I had mine replaced after waiting 2.5 months for the parts. Mine was not bad before but it is definitely a lot better now. Would suggest to get it done even if you think you dont have a problem.
