I ordered a Gobi sport s on April 12 and had a VIN and D status two days later. No movement since then. I’ve heard Gobi Gladiators won’t start being produced till May 9th, but who knows for sure. Patiently (mostly) waiting.
I ultimately decided to go with the painted fenders. If they do get pinstriped or damaged in some way, there's a whole list of aftermarket fenders that I think look great on these trucks. Besides, it didn't end up costing any more going with that option so why not?
My current Gladiator is black and you are 100% correct-it shows EVERYTHING. That fact helped me in the decision to go with gobi. The sarge green and blue probably would show dirt and scratches nearly as much as black.

I ordered my gobi sport s yesterday (4/12) and got my VON and VIN today. Now the wait begins!

I'm placing an order for a 22 sport s this month, but I can't make up my mind on a few things. First, given the choice between painted fenders or unpainted, what opinions do you have about that? Also, the color is probably the most difficult decision I'm having. I currently own a black...
