Sounds like it might work for me. My problem here is the great amount of salt.
Its even in the air here. A day at the beach and even the inside of my windshield is covered with it. My doors stay off 9-10 months a year here.
Yes, I live in Florida so rarely open my soft top,. Need the shade. I returned a quadratec cover because it did not cover the soft top. The raingear cover fits perfectly with the top on.

I have never had a jeep with carpeting and plan on pulling out on the JT, but I am a bit confused about this Armorlite stuff mentioned.
What is the purpose of replacing the carpet with Armorlite if you want to hose out your jeep?? What am I missing here?

Jeep number 7. Had my first 3-4 before Jeeps were even remotely cool to have.
First was a 52 Willys in 1973. Only kid in high school to have a jeep back then.
And then a CJ5 in 75 with a Chevy 396 in it after blowing up the 304.
Back in those days it was a struggle to get 37s under a jeep...
