I wouldn’t trust anything bolted to the bed rails to provide any structural assistance in a rollover incident. If this bolted to the bed floor over body mounts, maybe - but nothing bolted to the bed rails only is really going to help in a rollover

Fab Fours makes one similar that is shippable because it is 3 pieces.
