  1. Clicking noise associated with blend door actuator movement

Hi! 2024 gladiator here. I have noticed a noise behind the dash when starting the first time on a warm day. I'm sure it's related to the A/C or heating system, but not sure if it's common or a big deal. The video below actually exaggerates the volume. It goes away in 20-30 seconds. If I...
  2. Lomax folding cover--install question if you have a sprayed in bedliner

Kind of a specific question for those of you with the Lomax cover. The IFUs talk about "smoothing" the spray in bedliner at the bulkhead to apply the rubber gasket/seal. Just interested to see if anyone actually did this--no way I am going to smooth down the bedliner for the gasket.
  3. The complete spectrum of 2024 truck design in a couple photos . . .

Just saying I'm very happy with my Gladiator. . .
  4. Woolwax question: Anything to spray in engine compartment?

Greetings set to Woolwax my JT for a MN winter. Watched a LOT of videos, but have a question. Having the engine compartment so open to the road is tough on trucks. Does anyone shoot some of the exposed bolts and hose connectors? I have a small magnet pen I use to identify iron based steel...
  5. Xpel removal surprise/problem (doh)

Just had an interesting experience. FYI, It's a Mojave, so has the steel hood. I had my Jeep hood covered with Xpel and had a problem, so it was removed. I have had Xpel on other cars, and at least a couple remove and replace situations which went off without a hitch. As expected, it came...
  6. New clamps for Diamondback Switchback??

Just looking around the net for reviews and comments on the Diamondback Switchback and saw this on a recent Instagram. Wonder if this is a new latch design or an old design? Looks nice either way.
  7. Radar detector hard wire project

Just wanted to share an alternative RD mount that I came up with. I have never been a fan of mounting near the mirror, as I think it cuts some of the view and is a pain to mute when wanted. I noticed the cell phone options from Bulletpoint (LINK) and thought this might work great for my...
  8. Delrin Door Hinge Liners for life in the world of winter salt?

Minnesota spreads a lot of salt in the winter! Did any of you living in the northern states preemptively replace the door hinge liners on your new Jeep with Delrin? Thought it might make sense before the originals get stuck in place. I doubt that I will be taking my doors off very often.
  9. Very quick question about Sunrider install

Just installed my Sunrider and it's great! But I had one question. I watched numerous videos, etc, but most are rather old and the door molding/weather stripping seems to have been changed on recent models. I wanted to make sure that the rubber flap I circled here was not supposed to be...
  10. Prepping for a salty winter . . . Exhaust?

New jeep owner here again. Having a blast with my Gladiator. Planning a DIY Woolwax this summer before the salt season, but I know that's not an option on the exhaust. Added mudflaps and nerf bars to help control the spray. Just wondering what I might do for the exhaust. And sorry...
  11. Anyone DIY Woolwax or Fluid Film?

Very new (2 days) 2024 Gladiator owner here. Thinking of getting a little help before the salt season. I was wondering if any of you has applied your own Woolwax or Fluid Film? I have a decent shop at home, decent air compressor, and do a fair amount of my own wrenching. Not trying to save...
  12. And now for something completely different* . . . A fun change in the garage!!

This morning the garage looked like this: This afternoon it looked like this: Time for a change! The Vette was nice, but only 11,000 miles in about 4 years. It's a short season here in MN, has low ground clearance, fragile wheels, limited storage . . . Just taking up space too much...
  13. Just about to purchase; and first test drive notes.

Greetings from Minnesota! After lurking about and reading a LOT of threads, I am just about to purchase a Gladiator. A local dealer has a decent price on a Sarge Green Mojave, and is also willing to give me a good price on my trade. So barring anything unusual coming up, I'm pretty excited...
