Well, following the threads where new rigs are being delivered has brought out some concern in me.
I’m hearing Rubicon orders are being fulfilled with the grey/silver dash instead of the red so well known on the Rubicons with black leather (cloth seats too?).
Can you tell me if your Rubicon...
I do want the red dash so I hope it’s a matter of getting the leather seat option. The red stitching on the dash and door arm rest is also missing in the picture shown. I’ll ask my dealer who is speaking to the DM about my order today.
Wait, there was no waiting! How is this waiting? Okay, some places make it feel like forever when you fill out the paperwork but that's not waiting, is it?
If you sense a hint of jealously you're not the least bit wrong...
No need to apologize, I've learned that people want to defend what they do for their reasons. The most important thing for me is we do what we do for a reason that is meaningful to each of us. I'm going to do what I do based upon what I know. In this case I feel I know a bit with five Jeeps in...
We all come from different places in how we deal with things like purchasing a vehicle. My motto is "be prepared to walk away" because a salesman could sense your eagerness and possibly manipulate it. But I also understand the business side of things. As past president of the Downtown...
I appreciate the support and advice to shop elsewhere but this will be my 6th Jeep and unfortunately know how troublesome they can be, sold two of those due to problems another local dealer wouldn't advocate for me about.
I live in Silicon Valley and most everyone marks up Gladiator Rubicons...
No particular promises at this time. It wasn’t the dealership’s fault and they are trying to help by offering to loan me a truck for the truck needs (like getting my tires from the alignment shop Tire Rack sent to that can’t store them for months and picking up 24 cases of wine for a friend)...
Looks like I get to join all you illustrious folks by accident. An accident that damaged my Firecracker Red Rubicon.
After waiting 16 weeks my new JTRD showed up with shipping damage on the roof, looks like a ramp fell on it and another member here seems to verify that belief. Anyway the dealer...
Well, everyone involved agreed I wouldn’t be happy with a repaired new Gladiator. They said no parts come from factory painted and said they would give me a special warranty for the local paint job. I think I tripped them up when I asked about whether or not the damage would show up on the...
Well I was one who waited 16 weeks to get my fully loaded Gladiator Rubicon Diesel. I got the call and the anticipation was supposedly over.
I go to the parts department to order the hardtop headliner because when they first showed it to me I saw it didn't have the headliner - then I saw this...
Well, after 16 weeks I’m about to resign my position as a potential Jeep Gladiator owner living in anticipation.
My Gladiator arrived Saturday and will be PDI’d and ready for pickup Tuesday.
It was ordered fully loaded but the hardtop headliner and spray in bedliner did not show up. Both of...
Well, looks like I’m winning the longest wait game. I ordered my Gladiator on January 30th and as of last week Jeep Chat said it will be delivered between May 12th and May 26th. Dealer just said mid to late June. They’ve also said late April to early May…??
I’m trying not to be a pain in the...
I reached out to @JeepCares and got a response. The response is they don't know and wait a couple weeks before asking again, the systems are down.
I think the customer service people are doing the best they can but apparently the tracking system has been down 2-3 weeks with no known...
Thank you Trizzle and RS3.
I was told 10-12 weeks at purchase January 30th, then hopes got up with a notification of a March 24th delivery which went right on by with no Gladiator.
I really don't mind waiting but my expectations have been raised a couple times and then my poor experience with...
