The Mojaves are dang nice!
I know none of the dealers I dealt with would budge on MSRP with them because they were so new. Waiting is probably a good idea for those.
OK, I have no input on the reasons you asked about.
I DO have input on getting a Rubicon vs anything else.
I have been wheeling literally as long as I have been driving. I have less time in Jeeps but have learned a lot in a short amount of time. The number one question on whether this is a...
Thanks, just sent the info to my guy and added them to my build. Hopefully can get everything done by the end of the month. I know myself and KNOW I need the bottom coverage and these look like the best option.
I appreciate your input.
Those are looking good. Did you end up getting them powder coated or did you just rattle can them?
On a follow up, I know you posted this a while back, have you taken them wheeling yet? Results? Like you, I took mine exactly once before I came here to research skid plates.
Thanks
Sorry, it took longer than I expected to get it on. Then I got distracted, SQUIRREL.!
OK, this os from Redrock. I like the way it looks and steel tubes have held up well for me in the past.
It is about 4 inches from my stock tire to the edge of the bumper. I don't think that will be an issue...

I have seen a lot of threads and have friends that say 35s will absolutely fit on a stock JTR. The problem with that statement is not all 35s are the same. Running BFG 35x12.5x17 is completely different than running Super Swamper 35x14.5x17 IROK ND radials.
Is anyone running tires wider than...
And after reading 5 pages I still have no idea if I will lift mine or not...
My question is can it be lifted some place besides the dealership without voiding the warranty? I like warranties kind of a lot but I don't like paying dealer labor charges.
Works for us.
My JK decided to spontaniously combust and burned down the garage and damage or destroy everything else we had so are a touch busy here as well.
Just drop a message when yall are ready.
I am new to the forum and new to the JT but have been to the park on a regular basis for the last two years. (Once or twice a month.)
I am learning the terminology for the group. If a stock JTR means Rubicon your vehicle is more than capable for most of the park. Even if it isn't a Rubi there...
