Same thing happened to mine, at almost the same mileage. Dealer replaced DEF pump and heater unit, and so far it's working as it should. Pete

Picked up my truck today, and drove it 185 miles home without issue. Cost to fix was just under $1000, covered under warranty. Time will tell, once it gets cold again... Hoping the new DEF pump and heater will last. Pete

My 2021 JTWD with the Alpine/8.4 is completely unusable for calls while driving. Every call I've gotten while driving has ended in the caller giving up on trying to hear my voice over the road noise. Wishing there was a better mic upgrade or something to make it better.
