Looks great! Perfect for me would be one that would "barely" be over the roofline of the hardtop at the front, be able to convert/accomodate a full-size rack/RTT mounting point, and still work with the OEM hard tri-fold tonneau cover. Needless to say, "I still... haven't found... what I'm...
Nice immediate review!!! Seems like all plastic windows are wavy-gravy!!! Do you have a pic of the entire jeep with it on? How do you think it will be as far as waterproof with doors on, as well as working with doors off???
Also- I understand the kids in the back, but at least mine don't...
Thanks for the review! I currently have the hard top only, and am currently running the Mastertop Bimini plus, but was looking into OEM soft top vs aftermarket. I do like that the front can be folded back half-way like the BestTop Sunrider, without the OEM soft-top man-bun by the looks of it...
The White Rabbit is right about the tires- 37 x 11.5. RC 2.5" and Daystar 0.75" spacer lifts for now, as well as 1.5" wheel spacers- Rock Krawler 4.5" long-arm lift should be shipping any day now, after a 6 month wait!!!
Honestly- I have no complaints with the spacer lift but still have the...
Can you please explain the differences between the TeraFlex and Mopar Big Brake kits? I thought that the JTRD's had bigger brakes so not sure if the Mopar upgrade is actually an upgrade.
I think I am pretty set on 4.56's. Will be good for the 37's up to 40's. Will be trying to get gearing done while trussing axles and before RCV's going in. ?
PLEASE let us know how this works out! I am torn between 4.56 and 4.88's for 40" tires! I read on the JLU forum that one member with 4.88's was not happy though.
Took the top/doors off and put on the Mastertop Bimini Plus after washing it for the first time since December!
I don't particularly care for the wet tire look but my office staff said "Doc, your truck is sooo shiny!"
2.5 RC/0.75" Daystar spacers, 1.5" wheel spacers. 37 x 11.5 on OEM Rubicon wheels. No rubbing even full flex. I took off wheel spacers and had BAD rubbing against control arms at full lock.
