  1. Fun Article on Developing Punk'n Orange

This was worth bringing back from August. I am a new Punkn owner. I saw this Jeep and thought to myself, I identify with Punkn. I was born in October and love the fall. What a great story and PPG is close to home and near where I grew up. Thank you for this post.

I too have the Grabber x3. Its 3 ply sidewall, price, and availability was what sold me. Nice build.
  4. Trade Value of Gladiator

Cars are a horrible investment but as you know jeeps do tend to sell for a bit better price. So much depends on where you live. I am on an island and you can add 10K dollars to the figures you have stated here. Our Jeep Sport S sell for 57K and Rubicons are 72K out the door. Resale is good here...
  5. SPORTICON a Sport S built for the Rubicon trail

DAY 2 OF THE LIFT INSTALL (1 HOUR TO INSTALL COMPLETE REAR SUSPENSION) The springs on this end of the truck are much beefier. The suspension overall has a very tough build quality and should last for years. The rear bump stop brackets were a cinch to install with the included hardware and...

DAY 1 OF THE LIFT INSTALL (3 HOURS TO DO THE FRONT FROM TIRES OFF TO TIRES ON) Stock thinner spring on the left is the old part, on the right is the taller thicker spring. These control the 108 lb tire and wheel combo much better and offer a more controlled feel to the lifted vehicle. Mopar...

  8. Fender Vent Decal

I bought some quarter panel decals. They add a bit of depth to the stock inlay vents behind the wheel wells. Its a sticker, decal, vinyl sticker, etc that you place just aft of the vent. I think it turned out quite nice.

  12. Any install a regular plug in the bed?

Here is my 400 watt unit and the part number that is installed under my dash. If you search the part number the diagram will include the plug part number in the bed. You can literally plug and play it. The wire gauge is not that big. Its not needed until you are in the 100s of amps. These units...
  13. SPORTICON a Sport S built for the Rubicon trail

  15. SPORTICON a Sport S built for the Rubicon trail

Intro I hope to use this as a journal for part numbers, build inputs, and to track progress. I have done many of these Jeep builds on jeepforum, JK forums, and other sites. I have really enjoyed everyones work so far and on categorizing their builds, I am learning from them. An Island Tale My...
  16. Should I install this giant decal?

Lol good catch. The Roman's had more flair, gotta be flashy, them gladiators.
  17. Should I install this giant decal?

That is why I think this, in all reality, is not for me. I bought it just after getting the truck. Now I think its overkill.
  18. What spacer kit should I choose?

Have you looked at aev gladiator lift with programmer. Its 500. The shocks you listed above aren't any better than stock. Get the aev now with programmer for 500 and add fox shocks later. IMHO. The stock arms are better than those urethane arms above too. They actually have a flexible rubber...
