Thanks for the replies, I wasn't super worried as I've heard about metal shavings during the break-in of the engine. Just seemed like a good bit, although the engine is made in Mexico and FCA isnt exactly known for their quality control in the industry.

Just make sure you get a price for the vehicle with incentives youre eligible for cause a lot of dealers use this practice: "Fair Oaks Family Value Price exclude state and local taxes, registration, title, misc. DMV fees, dealer installed accessories, the destination charge (new only) and $764...

Just be careful with that, a lot of VA dealers have the exclusion Freight not include and all rebates included (military, etc).

So I just changed the filter in my Jeep with about 1500 miles on it. Noticed that there seemed to be a fair amount of metal shavings that were caught, see attached pictures. Just wanted to make sure it was normal for the Pentastar V6 for the first filter change or if I should be worried?

When would you be able to do the swap? Are we talking tires or rims and tires?

Looking to Buy Four (4) gently used 285/70R17 Factory Falken Wildpeak A/T tires for $350. Dont care if they come with the rims since Ill have to dismount them so they can go on my factory rims (not looking to pay a whole lot since theyre used tires). Or if youre willing to do a swap we can...
