I feel it will be worth it as well. I drive 12 miles round trip to work. Not a scooter commute but not far. I drive a ram 1500 that holds 28gal and that gets me about 300 miles or less if I pedal down. Still think I will come out ahead with the Diesel.

Like another said it is a flag nut. They are used to ease the assembly process by making the nut easy to hold and keep it from turning eliminating the need for a back up Wrench.

You can get your build codes from your dealer. They are making thousands off you. Don’t worry about bugging them make em earn it.
