I got the same response after mine was cancelled. My dealer did help me by putting me in touch with FCA, who in turn connected me with Jeep Cares. They have put in a expedite order to send the part to my dealer. I have a case# and I'll update to this thread once I hear about timing to get it in...

Sorry for your experience, but I am pretty sure this can happen with many vehicles. You just don’t enjoy the open air experience nearly as much or as often with other vehicles. So, the opportunity exists more IMO. I will take my chances and continue to enjoy the shit out my JT.

That will be the argument that I'll have with them when it goes back to have the steering box changed in a couple weeks. We'll see what happens.

Man, that just sucks. Just last Thursday, I had my Sport S in the shop for the Steering TSB. While in there I asked the Service writer to also have them calibrate the speedo since they added the lift, tires and wheels as part of their package on my truck, and my speedo now reads about 4-5 mph...

Pretty awesome to think of this after the fact. Oh, and who gets paid yet again for this...ya, Jeep.

I added glass coverage to my policy after buying my JT. I can pay the cost of the protection for almost 8 years before paying what 1 broken windshield would cost out of pocket. Kind of a "no-brainer" IMO.
