I think the simple answer is in the Springs being HD on the Rubicon so less Difference after lift. Diesel springs are also more HD, especially so on the Mopar 2" lift kit.
My Sarge Green Overland is comin with the Saddle Leather and I think it is the Best Combo. Black is only for the benefit of one size fits all and cheaper/easier for Fiat/Chrysler. My 2007 Wrangler in Jeep green has the Slate interior and much better than all black!
My kit with Installation at the dealership is about $2100 on an Overland Diesel. I think it is BS about the dealership install-Check with your Dealer of choice!! I changed figure above as a partial discount of my wheels and tires had been applied-Sorry.
I purchased these the Cooper AT3 XLT 315/70/17 on the BR Abrams 17" and think they will be Fantastic when 'The Sgt. Major' arrives at Dealer in a week or so.
I just had my dealer check to see if my new rims and tire would fit on the inside bed hitch I ordered just now and He says yes so lookin Good. I hate the tire underneath especially if you want 5 great rims!

It's pretty pitiful that the tires and bumpers as delivered are throwaways as the dealers have so many stacked up that they are pretty worthless. Better to provide more options from factory!
I thought I would add a Touch of History-This pic to follow is of Chesty Pullers' USMC Jeep in Korea-My Father was his Sgt Major which is the name of my New Gladiator!
I Haven't even received My Gladiator yet but Knew I had to have these wheels and tires and they are at Dealer awaiting the Glad Tank that will be arriving Soon!!
