On the coldest day we recently had which was 0* with wind chill of -25*, it took approx., 10-15min., abt half my ride into work.

My guess is it’s the brutal cold then… I see you’re up in the “Rap”, I’m just below the state line but traverse 131 quite a bit especially up to the “Zoo”…. Anyway, my assumption, which is the same assumption I have for my own vehicle is the cold…. If it’s not getting worse or making any other...
