Probably would be but I am good with just adding the powered sub. The new speakers are more efficient and are pretty loud if turned up. If I have the freedom panels off, which I rarely do at highway speeds, it should still work ok for me!
Yup, there is not too much as far as low frequencies to speak of and I noticed mid range distortion even at low loudness levels. The upgrade I did sure helped!
I noticed the poor-quality sound more than the loudness. However, it is now louder too with the new speakers. Will get the powered subwoofer in whenever it cools down a bit here in middle Tennessee. Even have heat advisories out today. Peachy......
Because the dealership had this Firecracker Red Willys on the lot and had the price reduced making it hard to pass up the great deal I got. I really didn’t pay close attention to the stereo and figured it was probably just like the previous Sport S I had. Wrong! But with the upgraded speakers...
I have had 3 Gladiators before. The 2021 Rubicon I had had a great stereo with a subwoofer. Sounded good! The 2023 Sport S had a good sounding stereo too, just not as much bass as the Rubicon. This 2024 Willys with the stock stereo and speakers sounds tinny and distorted to me. I tried all...
Just a follow up.... The right side also accepts the bulletpoint ball assembly. So I put my Garmin GPS (Yes, I am old school!) on the side where I had my phone before with the Bulletpoint XL phone holder and moved my phone holder to the right. Works perfect for me. Thanks!
Wait until you have another guy or gal in another Jeep with you just in case one of the vehicles become stuck or inoperable. You did the right thing and you are not a wussy by any means. Just try it sometime later with a backup there!!!
Just as an FYI, the attached mounting ball fits the 2024 Gladiators dash under the rubber pads. It fit the one on the left so far and I think it will fit the one on the right as well. These are made for the racks that fit on the dash of other vehicles but they fit and even the screws fit...
I bet they would! They have 3 different Vision Legend 5 wheels available as well. The black ones like I have, a solid chromed one, and a gunmetal gray one as well that might look perfect on your Stingray Gladiator. Vision Legend 5 | Discount Tire
There was quite a difference in the regular Bronco Sport with the 3 cylinder engine for most all the trims and the Badlands edition that had the best suspension and 4 cylinder turbo engine. I feel the others are good for around town however the Badlands is much more capable for a small Bronco...
EDIT>>>>>>>>>>> Changed my order to the 7/8 X 30' size!
Picked this up from Amazon. It is a FieryRed Kinetic rope with 2 of their soft shackles. The review on YouTube on this particular brand by Project Farm was good, so I opted for this one. I do not have a winch at this point on my new...
My wife had a Bronco Sport Badlands edition with the 4 cylinder engine. It was a great vehicle and we would still have it except for the reason my wife thinks she needed more space. Now she has a Grand Cherokee Limited L and is happy. Back to the Bronco Sport though, have you owned one and what...
