Did you get the one for the trail rails? I found another thread with this, and people with the trail rails were having to do modifications to the soft topper to get the front trail system to work with it. Did you experience this?
Im running BFG KM2's on 18's. Whats your recomendation for psi in those daily temps 50's. Also leaving soon to go back home and temps will be around 20 degrees, what would be recommended psi for there?
Well I think you made my mind up for me. I just couldn't see doing a rack and losing valuable space, the caps are to permanent and over priced at this point in the game, and these thing looks bad ass. Great job!
I know you probably haven't had it on long but I got questions lol. First; Your rig looks bad ass with that. Have you gotten it up to 70 mph with it on? Any wind noise at increased speeds? Can you remove the whole thing easily? When it is compressed do you feel comfortable driving with it...
18x8.5 Offset is 30 backspacing is 5.9 I wanted to keep it as close to stock as possible as I will be taking these fenders off and going with aluminum ones, so they will be exposed already. Pic is of front and back. Rough guess is it comes out about 3/4 more than stock. Which is pretty damn...
Good point. Here in so cal/nor cal you will be hard pressed to find a gladiator without a lift (they are charging 10,000 for those lifts). I have a feeling everyone commenting on this issue (who don't have 37's) are falling back on their experiences with a Jeep wrangler. Let me reiterate as...
Thank you. I love how its coming along so far. I live in a really small community with lots of stop lights so I was already averaging 12 mpg. Im scared to even look now lol. Im making a major drive at the end of the month though so Ill let you know.
Im running 37's on my Max Tow. I went back and forth for a long time between 37 and 35. I even bought a set of 35's and never installed them. I knew that if I did install them I would just end up going with 37's. I honestly think the gladiator was meant for 35's stock, and should probably...
Got 37's put on yesterday. Drove around town for about an hour. First impression; does not struggle at all off the line. Seems to change gears, and push the weight with little noticeable difference. Going on a 7 hr trip in late December with a 3,000 ft climb, so will report back then.
