I had selec-trac on an 88 XJ and loved it, even though in that era was a more rudimentary system it was still useful. wish I could have gotten it on my gladiator but couldn't find one with the other options i wanted that took priority.
Yeah that's some major BS. My dealer has thankfully always been above board, crystal clear on their doc fees and add ons which aren't terrible. I don't mind people making money as long as its honest.
Also got the 20% off plus some on a 2024 Rubicon X. Basically got the most fully loaded gladiator you can buy for just under the starting base price on the window sticker.
Actually I got the color name wrong. It's the pinkish one called tuscadero. Still 2 out there if anyone wants one :)
The reddish snazberry I agree is a nice look.
I fully expect I will be coming up with any and all excuses to make myself feel better next week when it arrives.
Most notably how comfortable the galdiator bed will feel to sleep in since my wife will have kicked me out of the house.
I also prefer the round vents but so be it. Indifferent on the screen. Under the covers of the build sheet there is a lot more on the 2024 than I have in my 2022 and the seats are much nicer for a middle aged / old dude like me.
Don't think I am losing my job. More of a life stage thing...
Welp. Here we go. The 20% off MSRP got me.
I am in the process of getting one of the last 2024 Rubicon X with a manual transmission in the country. When I started looking earlier in the month there were 40+ but as of this morning down to 6 and 3 are snazberry (couldn't do that). My...
very nice, been looking for something like this for a while. i actually like the look and think it matches the factory rails nicely. personally i would prefer something a bit lower profile.
have you done any real pressure testing on them if most of the vehicle weight is resting on one of...
I'm a month in to using the CreekT. While summer has technically passed, I don't find they get as hot as my actual blak leather underneath them would. I would say I am just dealing with it by comparison to neoprene definitely did not get as hot.
XJs are the best. Wish I still had my 89. Put her into a wall on the interstate a long time ago.
thankfully i still have my 96 chevy to tow stuff too heavy for the JT
