I would say no due to emission and safety reasons. The ford engine would be wider and longer, therefore taking away the "crumple zones" for impacts. The same reason Jeep doesn't put the V8's from the Chrysler line in them.
What grade bolts were the ones you took out ?
I would imagine they were grade 8. Stainless steel bolts are only grade 5. There is a 25,000 psi difference between grade 5 and grade 8 bolts which is a lot.
To clear the warning air up to 37 psi and then you can drop them back to 32. I believe the warning starts at 31 psi, at least on mine it does.

The wheels do not have to be in motion for the dash panel to pick up on the pressure changing. I have a LE but not the tire alert, just the regular TPMS.
Your best bet on fitment to stock rims is go tot the tire manufactures website and see what their recommendation is. I found Discount Tire has tires listed for 7.5" to 11.5" rims. Go to the tire site and they are 8.5 - 11"
