Rampage mirrors with thorn adapters for the JT/JL.
Here is a good thread about them:

Mine is the 273qbxl Salem cruise lite. I LOVE the set up. Having the second bedroom is great while the boys are young!
it would be a very similar towing experience to what you rented.
6078 delivered with full propane tanks.
forest river Salem cruise lite 273qbxl
when I ordered it, it was the only one in stock this side of the country ... I got it from GA and I’m in Va.
i was getting right at 11.5 mpg round trip. To be honest I take it easy and don’t throttle hard. It did rev up a little on the inclines I wouldn’t say there was ever a lack of power.
please explain how the chains provide sway control. Form my research and the local expert at local big Tex trailer shop the WDHs with chain on support the WD, the chains can swing freely forward and back with little resistance. This is why the more expensive models up friction pads. Also the...
The WDH with chains doesn’t provide sway control. Sway control resists the hitch acting as a pivot point when you have cross winds or get passed by a semi. On the chain WDHs you can by a sway control bar but from what I have read it doesn’t do enough.
with my WDH most of the weight of trailer...
i have a friend who is a cop and he said he has seen lots of RV travel trailer wrecks. He said every time people were either over capacity, didn’t have a weight distribution hitch (therefore no weight on front steering tires), no sway control (you need a decent hitch that has it build it) PLUS a...
as I said in my post above this wasn’t just from the dealer but also a FCA rep, they said each truck has a variable payload and tow capacity.
the way the guy from FCA explained it was look in the manual and the payload specs, that varies from what is printed on the door. He said compare that...
you shouldn’t believe everything you see on the internet. Stick to reputable sources.
how about you enlarge that screenshot of over 10k, you can clearly see it’s been whitened out and changed. You can also see the text font and color is different than payload. I’m guessing he did that as a...
this is sad but true, in my experience. I think they are there to just buy time. They never really accomplish anything besides wasting my time.
I had terrible luck w them On the steering TSB... they said they had no ship date when dealer had received it. They have bad info from whatever they...
Just because your panties are in a wad because the site has a bug, and your towing capacity doesn’t show up doesn’t mean you have to rant on every thread you get a chance to about it.
I talked to both my dealer service manager and an FCA rep and they both said that the site IS correct...
With the red arc elite... you can set it so the Jeep isn’t working at all with braking. When I was messing with the levels of braking and setting it up, at one point (like around 9) it felt like it stopped faster w the trailer than the Jeep stops by its self without a load.
Yes, it does rev on...
Your thread shows that it’s not the silver sport rims are ugly, it’s because the color and the design of the wheel. Also the wimpy stock tires don’t help.
It’s crazy how much better these things look w a lift and larger tires. Yours looks great, I might go with your wheels in black when I move...
Just wanted to let everyone know I just did over a 200 mile round trip with my max tow on 2” spacer lift w 34s and front rubicon springs.
I haven’t got the steering box installed yet (due to next week), but towing on the interstate between 60-64 mph, I must say I’m impressed. Several long steep...
Here is some pictures with the 2” iron rock off-road spacer kit and from rubicon springs. It’s almost level but with 1/2” rake with the nose tad bit down. Install took like 1 hour 45 minutes and it rides about the same. Looks a lot better and proportional in my opinion!
I have attached a...
This would be info to know on a stock rubicon and another set up like someone with a 2” mopar lift and 37s (which would be different).
I’m sure the is angle is greater for those who are stock, or those with wider wheel/tires. Taller and narrower makes the center of gravity higher, thus more...
You should have done a little more research on the gladiator, three main points that are advertised quite a bit:
1) best in class max towing capacity
2) built in rain channel that cleans your pants, shoes and mats when it rains, just open the door!
3) largest key fob in the entire truck...
Even if it’s tight, wouldn’t the face of the wheel touch the face of the frame cause some wear of the wheel? My wheel isn’t exactly recessed... the face is close to the edge of the tire. And where the tire mounts to the frame it comes downward a bit. That’s why I was think of putting something...
