Anyone else have a problem getting those two plugs pulled out so you can put them in the bypass module? I removed the dash cover but still can't manage to get those plugs out. Whats the trick?

So I am trying to get the 3571-JT to work to change my speedo but it keeps saying plug in the bypass module. The bypass Module that came with it has two plug spots but only one of the two plugs I have will fit. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the detailed explanation. At least I am not an idiot that couldn't figure out how to get them to extend lol. The sticker price on them is pretty high for something that really isn't much of a step assist. Are they really that heavy duty to justify the cost? I may replace them...

So I just got my Glad about 3 weeks ago and it came with "Heavy Duty Rock Slider with Step Assist by Mopar" but they never extend out. Is there a version that doesn't extend out and did I get screwed by the dealership? Or another question is how are they supposed to extend out?
