  1. JLR wheels on JTR

I’m considering getting a set of JLR takeoffs on Craigslist with brand new BFG KO2s for my JTR. Main reason is it’s a good price ($1100-1200) for 5 wheels with tires and TPMS. Allows me to do a 5-wheel rotation. Most JT takeoffs are asking the same or even more but with a steel spare. I...
  2. Trail Cam Dealer / aftermarket option?

Ooo I like the pricing. I'm wondering if it's essentially plug-and-play with a Tazer session. Anyone confirm if there is a plug on the harness just waiting for a camera? Does it require an options, like LED lighting?
  3. Trail Cam Dealer / aftermarket option?

I don't think this is the trail cam. It's the camera used for adaptive cruise control, mounted against the windshield, behind the rearview mirror.
  4. California Rubicon Falken tires and Wheels take-offs

You happen to have the spare as well? Just tire or mounted on the steelie?
  5. California Swap Rubicon wheels M/T for A/T

I’m regretting the M/T selection on my order and looking to trade for A/T. I have the standard Rubicon wheels, but don’t mind the upgraded wheels, but not looking to add cash on top of the swap. I haven’t taken delivery yet so tires will be as new as reasonable. Looking for near brand-new...
  6. Can we talk skid plates?

Is it clear which skid plates are includes on which trims?
  7. 2020 Jeep Gladiator (JT) ORDER GUIDE!! [Updated Monthly]

I’m not sure on pricing since it wasn’t really an option as I had already selected Max Tow. I imagine they would be identical to the Overland color-matched fender flares.
  8. 2020 Jeep Gladiator (JT) ORDER GUIDE!! [Updated Monthly]

FYI for those who may be in the fence with Sport S vs Overland/Rubicon due to available options: Just put in an order for a Sport S with Rob at Courtesy. To my surprise, he was able to add the 8.4” + Alpine for $1695 (MSRP). This is only *in addition* the “Technology Group” for $995 (MSRP)...
  9. Rubicon payload for overlanding rig

Yeah, probably find Rubicon takeoffs lol. Suspension, wheel/tires, metal bumper, rock rails. Would these items reduce capacity based on the added weight? I guess a good question is how much more do these let’s weigh and contribute to the Rubicon’s reduced payload vs the other components...
  10. Rubicon payload for overlanding rig

Totally agree. Since I’m planning on getting a 4-person RTT, I just want to be sure I’m covering all the bases. The truck will probably be used by my renters in paved campgrounds and not true overlanding since off-road travel is also prohibited on Turo.
  11. Rubicon payload for overlanding rig

I’m planning on putting this in Turo to rent our, no towing allowed on the platform. My thoughts exactly. With the rig going on Turo, I want to make sure I am reducing risk as much as possible and not liable for any issues that may arise from exceeding the legal payload or GVWR. I do plan on...
  12. Rubicon payload for overlanding rig

Yeah, “Overand” lol. I’ve always been overly analytical and this build won’t be any different. Thanks for being another voice of reason. I knew Sport S Max Tow was the way to go, just needed some validation :)
  13. Rubicon payload for overlanding rig

I’m going crazy here, back and forth between Sport S Max Tow and Rubicon for an overlanding rig. RTT, rack/canopy, drawer system, etc, etc. My heart (+another body part) is telling me Rubicon, but my brain is telling me 1200lbs payload is not enough. Sport S Max Tow with its 1600lbs, >3/4 ton...
