They are the little plastic fill pieces between the front bumper and the leading edge of the fenders.

Did you mistakenly swap the display from MPH to KPH. That happened to my wife in her Cherokee.

It actually quite literally says the opposite at the five second mark on the screen. Read the small print at the bottom of the commercial.
