Had similar issue when installed aftermarket LEDs. I did trial and error test using factory connected / wires until it worked the way I wanted. Takes a little time, but doable.

Very suspect that same / similar issue happened after regear. Of course, assuming not an installation issue … Hoping I can pass along some suggestions to shop.

Might be worth trying to update your steering stabilizer? I have heard it fixed the “death wobble” issue for some.

Update. Dealership was able to confirm nothing mechanical. Was able to clear service Tran’s warning, rest eeprom - back to square one! ? I did learn that via forum there is a step that I did not do / needed to do because my truck is a M6. Pretty sure I am partly at fault for what happened...
