How can I get the Front Facing TrailCam installed?

Rubicon, 33" Falken MT the dealership put on. That's it. Interestingly enough it was up to 13.2 this morning.

So does it make any sense that my brand new Rubicon with 1000 miles on it is getting 11.9-12.1 currently. Both city and highway driving. I thought it was rather low but after reading everyone else's from 14-18mpg I feel like something isn't right. Maybe not enough miles driven to accurately...
