Virginia law doesn't allow you to use any more than 4 forward facing lights at one time and definitely not anything over 42" or above the headlights. Oh and they need to be completely covered while the vehicle is on normal roads , rock guards don't count :headbang:. Ask me how I know....:stop:
I had Nitto Trail Grapplers, they were ok until the end then they got LOUD. I have KO2s now their a lot quieter and have some good qualities but they pick up every damn small pebble I run over. I'm not sure on this truck. I probably won't go over 35s, need to tow about 7k occasionally.

Looks like it will be up at the rear view mirror. Shouldn't be an issue with a newer tow base plate. Modern tow bars don't fold up like back in the day.
