I bought through Mac Haik in Georgetown. I talked to a guy at Helfman who is as going to get me a “great” deal and he came back at 1% under invoice. I wound up with 6% under invoice at Mac Haik, now that Tread Lightly can be applied. I went from I to KZ in 2 days (after being in I for 30 days).

My Gladiator has shipped and has an ETA in Texas of 9/29. Dealer said it takes 4-5 days to get to them once it hits the Lone Star State! Soon. Very soon!

Finally got a Window Sticker! Does this mean that after 30 days in I Status, I am moving forward?

Another week passes, another week STILL in I Status. JeepCARES says there should be movement towards the end of the month. I should be getting a really high quality build for all the time I am spending in Quality Inspection!

If you are going to order, only worry about invoice. 5% under is very reasonable and up to 7% under is common.

Been stuck in I Status since 8/21. Did all the Inspectors go on strike?

I have been in I Status since 8/21. Does inspection normally take a while? Dealer told me ETA was 9/15, but I can’t imagine it makes that date if it still in I today, right?

So, you pay $15k over 36 months and then give them $34k to own the Jeep. You wind up paying $49k to own a Jeep with a $45k sticker?

So, you got your sticker only a day after the build sheet posted? Yikes! I have had a build sheet since 8/22 and am still waiting for the sticker to show up.

I just got an email from a new sales rep at Mac Haik. Steven no longer works there. I was told they will honor the 4% plus 1% (financing) plus 1% (Tread Lightly) that was agreed to by Steven. I am in I Status with an estimated delivery of 9/15.

How long does it take for the Sticker to show up once the Build Sheet is posted?
