Day 16 started with a cactus trying to send us a message. We had heavy traffic in Tucson, we drove through a “Dust Devil”and later a dust storm in New Mexico.
Day 15 we started with a departure at the Las Vegas Airport as we start the trek back to South Carolina. A quick detour to see the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead followed by long stretches of driving.
Day 14 we traveled to Death Valley and for the Star Wars fans Episode IV - A New Hope and Episode VI - Return of the Jedi are filmed in locations we visited
Day 13 includes the camping at Yosemite, the squirrel are very aggressive. A drive to Sequoia National Forest has General Sherman Tree that is over 2,000 years old and 36 feet in diameter.
