Installed these today to make sure they fit but they won't work as a step and they aren't robust enough to use as rock sliders. If you're looking for a set of great aesthetic rocker guards - these are sturdy with a great powder coat and no blemishes.
Located in San Mateo.
$300 $200
Installed the "rocker guards" today ... they look great but don't function well enough as a step and there's no way they'll work as rock sliders, the mounting brackets are too thin.
These are for sale if you're in the SF area, asking $300 and I'll even install them for you ;)
I ended up getting a set of Rugged Ridge RRC Rocker Guards for essentially free.

They're decently constructed, fairly light, and overall not bad but definitely not my first choice. Unfortunately, I'll...

I was told V2 would be available in the "March shipment" - not sure if that means the shipment that is put on a boat in March or arrives in March.
If V2 still looks like it doesn't belong I'll be asking for my $4k back.
I just finished putting on a 3" lift. But for the last 2000 miles I daily drove on them with NO LIFT and never had an issue, this included mild offroading and turning lock to lock. I have the Method Vex wheels, not sure what back spacing.
One annoying thing is that the 38" won't fit in the...
I called them and they said they got a large shipment (they also posted a pic on Instagram).
Since I asked for the "December" batch - i think mine will be coming in later. I won't be in Seattle until the holidays, so that's when i'll hopefully do the pickup. Otherwise i'll have them ship it to...
That's expensive... i bet RackIt Inc. could build something similar (without the tilt feature) for significantly less than $1800
They even offer Aluminum versions.
Mule Expedition Outfitters had (have?) one of the Deluxe Weekender Norweld trays in stock and ready to install. It's a beautiful piece of metal art, includes a rear sliding tray, a 40+ liter water tank, 2 spare tire mounts. They are offering a nice discount on it (about 1/2 off) - as it's the...
I placed my order a week ago along with the passenger rear panel - planning on installing my ARB twin compressor to the panel and running the wires out the A/C cover.
My vote would be for hi-lift jack attachments - definitely need those.
I prefer sleeping in the car, but that's not really an option with the JT ...
