Finally started to wire the side bed lights. Here I am just testing the connection with a 9 volt battery... before running the wiring to the front. Reason why you see them going off. I was trying to take the video while also connecting the wires to the battery...

I called the Customer Service number and got transferred to the SiriusXM Guardian team... they were able to remove my name from the vehicle. So now, it no longer shows on my list!

Is it okay to place the solenoid like that? I thought they had to be oriented vertically and not horizontally. I could be remembering things incorrectly... or maybe thinking about relays...

23”? Any specific reason why you would want a rack that is higher, by a few inches, than the cab? it really depends on what you will use it for…

I am using the positive cable disconnect switch that came with the winch.... Eventually I would like to install a solenoid to be able to turn on and off the winch from one of the aux switches. Great thread to figure out what solenoid I should go with.

Installed inexpensive locks for the hood... just for a little peace of mind. In reality, anyone that wants to get in there, can do so easily. Too bad that I can't install the Bolt lock due to the front facing camera being there. And installed some inexpensive chase lights. Still have to do...
