I have a 21 Max Tow with just over 20,000 miles that has sat for over a month on many occasions ( I own two other vehicle) and so far I've never had an issue.
Crotchety Old man here so I must post my opinion.
In a world with problems caused by plastics not being recycled and our throw away society, ducks are horrible.
When my kids were young, many moons ago, I used yo give them ducks of all shapes and sizes.
Now that they are grown I still sometimes...
I've had my set of flush mounts for almost 2 years now and have had no issues. I did put rubber U channel around them to fill the gap between the light housing and body of the bed.
I've been running the Oracle Flush mounts for almost 2 years without an issue I did put rubber u channel around them so the plastic doesn't hit the body
I waved more when I had my CJ because there were less Jeeps on the road and more people returned waves. Now I feel like the odd man out because I seem to wave more than I get returned. It doesn't matter which Jeep I'm in and I drive three different ones, a 72 Commando, 07 JKUR, and the 21 JT.
I have an 07 JKUR that I've owned since new that has never been garaged. I took good care of it the first ten years (although it was used as and off road toy since new) but have lately let it just sit parked for months at a time and it has held up very well.
My prior Jeeps in the best order my old mind can remember (I have owned 50 vehicles give or take a few so far)
1967 Wagoneer
1977 Cherokee Chief
1983 Wagoneer
1984 Wagoneer
1984 Cherokee (Still have but parts vehicle)
1978 CJ7 Levi's Edition (Still have but a parts vehicle now)
1986 Comanche...
Any of my friends/family that want to.
It's just a vehicle that needs to be driven.
That is pretty much how I've felt about every vehicle that I've owned
My 2007 JKUR is more of a toy now bought it with 18 miles on it first new vehicle I ever owned about 99000 on it now.
JT is a 2021 Sport S Max Tow is only the second new vehicle I've ever owned.
I have owned about 50 vehicles in my life and there were more Jeeps than anything else.
I must admit that I currently still have an AOL email address. I use it only for political surveys/pols and certain things that require an email address that I don't really care about.
Surprisingly of all my email addresses that one gets the least spam.
Just remember that you will need the mounting hardware for the front and rear of the panels.
If buying from privately ask if they are available. I bought mine from an auto stripper and they didn't have the parts.
I've had Oracle flush mounts for about a year maybe longer as my memory is fading with age. I had halogen tail light and all I did was used the supplied resistors. No issues what so ever.
I also received a set of their reverse lights with a Rubicon bumper I purchased off of FB marketplace. I...
