I live in northeast Nebraska so chances are there won't be one too near to me. However, my parents live in the Black Hills of South Dakota so if there is something out there I would go.
This is the one I got - https://gettrukd.com/products/trukd-truck-bed-crossbars
And then I added these - https://gettrukd.com/products/trukd-molle-panel-6-inch
Here is the Trukd site - https://gettrukd.com/, there are some pictures there that might help. Right now I only have the short rails (6"). They also have a taller (12") rail set, so that would give an extra 6". The guys at Trukd are supposed to be working on a vertical extension as well, but...
I don't know of anything like that but I wanted something similar I think. I wanted something that could be used as a rack, something that could be used as a topper, something that could be used as a tonneau, etc. The solution I came up with was the Fas-top travel package and a set of Trukd...
Finally had a chance to take some pictures. I have the 6" set and rolling up the tonneau with the rails on is a little work but doable. Mostly I run without the rails on.
Didn't feel like attaching 18 pictures so here is a link to imgur -
On your last picture, I notice that the fender liner no longer goes all the way forward. With that gap there, do you notice any additional noise or the inner line flapping around at all?
Have children and put a car seat in... fixed mine from flapping. On a more serious note, I wonder if one of these seatbelt pads would add enough weight to keep it from flapping around?
Production took longer than expected and I finally got them about a month ago. I also have the molle panels and I think it looks pretty nice. They seem pretty high quality and I don't foresee any issues with them. They had a couple of issues at first during manufacturing but those have all...
The whole upper part of the seat is different for the seat with molle panel. This video shows how it is removed and the whole back of the seat is different.
You definitely don’t need a solenoid, but I would prefer one to prevent someone tinkering with it mostly. Also, theoretically it could be an issue in an accident as well.
For my winch, a Badlands ZXR 12000, it is definitely not enough as the winch can pull up to 450 amps at full tilt. However, for some reason they included a 150A circuit breaker with the winch. Doesn’t make sense to me but whatever.
I should have mentioned this in my post. I did quite a bit...
I was thinking the same thing as op, the Warm option seemed unnecessarily overpriced especially since I only needed the solenoid as I have all the cables already. I ended up finding a similar, if not the same, solenoid on Amazon for under $20 -...
I also have the Oracle backup lights and they make a giant difference. They overpower the license plate lights so I can actually see where I am going. However, I think I am still gonna get the Tazer so the plate lights turn off because they are just too damn annoying
So I am looking at buying the Mopar Snorkel kit and discovered there are 3 different part numbers available - 82215350, 82215350AB, and 82215350AC. From my understanding, 82215350 is the original part number and AB and AC are newer revisions. I found the AB revision online for about $50 cheaper...
I have had the same experience with call quality so I only use the hands free bluetooth if I am under 35mph or so. It doesn't surprise me tho since my Jeep has a lot more wind noise than a typical vehicle.
It is strange that covering up the mic makes the quality better, but it may make sense ...
The one I got was only like 13" I think, so maybe I will look into getting one slightly taller. I am not fan of how tall the stock one is so if I can find an alternative that would be great.
Wish I had seen this before getting my stubby antenna. I have seen dozens of comments saying they work just as good as the factory antenna and not a single one saying performance was significantly affected. I live about 45 miles from most radio stations in my area. As soon as I installed it...
