Always loved those Yukon/Tahoes. Before the JT, I was on the look out for one for the last five years. Everytime I have found a clean one, they are wanting an insane amount or I was outbid by a ton.
I remember seeing something about how the wrong wire adapters were included in the 6x9 kits and that new harnesses had to be sent. If I can track it down, will post.
Does anyone have experience with the Double Black Offroad Fender Extensions?

There are two things that I did and as such I cannot actually give a definitive answer as to causation. Someone on the JL forums noted that the Infinity Reference Speakers needed a break in period. Given the initial sound, I was also concerned that I might have reversed polarity after hearing...
That's a significant chunk of change. Would be interested to see how well they stack up against other aftermarket coax speakers.
(I am running the Infinity Reference up front.)
Any sizable or sensitive purchase is going to be submitted to CIFUS (or at least should be). My understanding is that CIFUS has stepped up their own investigations on non-notified transactions as well.
If the politicians mean what they say, China is going to have a difficult time in the short...
On the adapters discussed above, they do not fit flush and overlap the other portion of the bar. I can see how that would aggravate some people, plus I think it would benefit from some sort of gasket/weatherproofing seal as well.
Also, the Kappa 60CSX speakers don't fit, even with with these...
Thanks guys. I went digging. Even with the wifi....native wireless android auto nwont be supported until uconnect 5. Doh. Guess it is a dongle if I don't want to plug it in.
If I enable the in car wifi and the connect my android phone to the wifi, do I get wireless android auto? I keep meaning to test this out, but seem to always forget when I have the time to play around with it.
Somehow, my speakers are supposed to be here today. If they show up before dark, I may suddenly develop a bad cough and need to take the rest of the day off. Lol
I have them sitting in my kitchen floor. Not much I can say about them other than it is solid molded plastic. LOL
I haven't had the time or speakers to start the project. I ended up getting them off of Amazon b/c my delivery date got shoved back elsewhere. I have a pair of Infinity Kappa...
Has anyone been able to pin down the amp specs? I am replacing the soundbar speakers and am looking at the Infinity Kappa 60csx. My concern is that the speakers are at 2.5 ohms and may be too far outside specs.
I don't really want to add an amp. I know that if I need a bit more bass, that will not likely hold-up. LOL The question will be will just the sub be enough....
FWIW --- the speakers got much less "bright" after a couple weeks of breaking them in. I also noticed that everything was being double EQ'd. I use Android Auto, and things were being EQ'd through You Tube Music and then by the head unit. Simply killing the eq on the app improved things...
Thank you. You confirmed what I thought would happen, as patience is not one of the virtues I am known for. LOL
I installed the builtright rails, but had to clean the threads on the bed from the bedliner more than I would have hoped. Wasn't thrilled at having to go at it again.
Looks...
