  1. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Yes, please share your experience. I am looking for a bed rack, a small roof rack and a RTT, and that gets pricey pretty quickly ... But I also don't want to buy cheap stuff that just rusts away.
  2. GOBI Gladiator JT Club

That is the color every Jeep should have. All other colors are just the primer for 'Mud' :-)
  3. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

A nice roof rack but $$$ for the small version. I would have expected half of it when I see the price tag for their bed rack, which is significantly larger/more material.
  4. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

I don't think that these are the Podiums (aren't they more square-ish?). Anyways I bought them at Amazon and they have various models - this are the 2" tube version (even though I measured them and they are more 2.5" in diameter). The frame is still the lowest point.
  5. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Added N-Fab side steps and 285 Milestar Patagonias to my Max Tow over the last two weeks. I can recommend both products.
  6. bigger tires on unlifted Sport S

Milestar Patagonias in 285 with no lift on a Max Tow with standard rims ... I don't think it needs a lift. The only thing I will do later is to paint the rims black.
  7. AEV Pro-Cal Snap - quick review

    Thanks for the offer!
  8. AEV Pro-Cal Snap - quick review

That looks interesting, but I feel burned from the experience and having to cobble together various parts from different sources doesn't create confidence (esp. when the cable from your original link is not available anymore and I would have to guess the correct one that Amazon shows as...
  9. AEV Pro-Cal Snap - quick review

I figured it out. This whole thing is crap and cheap. After I fiddled with the ODB2 I looked at the cable and one of the pins was broken off in the box, so that I even could not install it. I am happy that I did not remove the brackets and other stuff that is mentioned in the instructions. It...
  10. AEV Pro-Cal Snap - quick review

That is exactly where I am stuck. The installation instruction graphics is not clear, and all I have now is a seriously scratched ODB2 connector. Do you have any hints how you resolved that problem? I am about to give up and return it to Quadratec... Thanks in advance Roland
  11. Thinking of Getting out of my F-150 for a Sport S w/ Max Tow

Another convert here - I bought a 2016 XLT with Sport package, 2.7l, big screen, tow package, etc as a year end for 32k in Dec 2016 and traded it in for a Gladiator Sport S Max Tow that I got for 37k a few days ago. For us it was the consolidation of our cars that triggered the changes. My wife...
  12. What color is your JT?

One of the first mods - a can of PlastiDip :-) I did the same on my JKU and it held up well over the years.
  13. What color is your JT?

I was torn between 1) Gobi, 2) Gator and 3) Sting Gray. Luckily I found a well equipped Sport S Max Tow in my first choice :-)
  14. Uconnect 4 with 7" Display Annoyances

I don't like that when you run Android Auto it has an orange outline around the "window". This is fine by day, but a bit annoying when driving at night, since it is bright and doesn't have a purpose (separating screen elements from each other - Android Auto takes over the full screen vs. Apple...
  15. Took Delivery of Your JT? Sign in Here!

Like with my previous cars I searched the internet (thanks cars.com) and found a max tow Gladiator in my area. It already had some nice extras built in (bedliner, headliner, alpine, weather mats, ...) and had a good price. The icing on top was my favorite color - Gobi. So long story short, I...
  16. GOBI Gladiator JT Club

I joined the party two days ago and bought a Sport S with max tow package. This is my third Jeep (92 YJ, 11 JKU), and have 17 uneventful years behind me when it comes to defects. I am looking forward to many years with the Gladiator. Here is a baby photo ( "It's a boy! 218" - 4 ,672 lbs").
