    You must have painted it black ? doesn't it make it kind of dark in there ,I dont care for the whiwe either , but I thought maybe a dark grey metalic might be a better choice .

    Maine, you know, the way life should be ! 5.5% sales tax, $1400. Registration & excise tax, it goes down over time, my 2016 Rubi hardrock was 40 k when I purchased it, about $1k reg. & excuse tax , its down to to about $300 now. Gas is $2.49 !

    Yes , gas tank , some of the aftermaket lifts have a thicker spring seat for the right rear to compensate for that giant tank .

    I'm going to go out on a limb here ,after owning several jeep products ,and working for a jeep dealer bac in the early 80's , I really love my gladiator , and I think jeep has come very far on every level with these new vehicles ,and I think daveark said it best about folks not owning jeep...
  8. Beautiful Rubi at my gym this morning

    the automatic folding step/slider would probably be much more elegant .my wife has had 2 hips replaced , will probably need knees someday , so I think I would spend a little xtra for her comfort and safety getting in an out .

    I don’t know if these new axles require the modifier, if they are a clutch type like the older ones they do, I would check in the owners manual, or with the dealer to make sure

    Did you add the limited slip modifier, I know I had to in my older Jeep’s with the clutch type LS diff

    Everyone has their preference, I just feel I have had very good performance on what I have used for years, not to mention, most of my vehicles have been resold between 150 & 200k miles, never any oil related issues!

    No, didn’t really think about it because I haven’t done any mods yet, very poor weather here, would rather wait till warmer weather, I do plan to use the Tazer .

    I am on my 8th new jeep ,I have used Castrol oil for almost 50 years ,switched to synthetic when it became available . I have always done all my own maintainance and never had any warranty issues because of it . Also , don't waste your money on those expensive filters, i've always used factory...

    I test drove 3 JTs , all drove pretty much the same, I finally bought one off the lot, it came off the truck 2 hours before I saw it, made a deal on a Friday night on the phone, picked it up Monday after work, never test drove it. Took it for a 250 mile ride the following weekend after driving...
