The Overland is by far the slowest selling Gladiator trim. Dealers by me only take them if nothing else is in the dealer order banks. Otherwise they sit on the lots for long periods of time.

Yes, Cold Weather package is a must. You can get heated seats aftermarket but the OEM heated steering wheel is well worth it. Most dealers by me will order the cold weather package on just about everything.
