This is also an issue we suspected might be adding to the problem. It seems that a lot of shops during the install are not cutting the rear end links down to the recommended length. Most likely this is due to how little needs to be taken off, about 1/4" off each side, resulting in a rod that...
We've always heard from our customers that their vehicles ride better than they did stock! The goal is to create a more firm and comfortable ride than the stock suspension provides.
We've spoken to our friends at Falcon about this issue, it seems they are aware that the 3.3 shocks rated for 3.5" to 4" of lift allow for a little bit too much travel and are causing coils to unseat. Limiting straps are an easy fix, and I do believe they are working on their own solutions as...
Can you guys both do me a favor and let me know what shocks you're running, and also if you can measure your rear sway bar end links from center to center and let me know what length they're at? We'd greatly appreciate it! We are also looking into making our own limiting straps pretty soon since...
These are the shocks we typically recommend using with our 2.5" kit: https://www.claytonoffroad.com/product/fox-jeep-gladiator-jt-2-3-package
Something else to consider when going with a little bit longer shocks, if it ever goes up on a 2 post lift at the dealer or for service, it's possible...
Thanks for your interest! The kits are designed to really only provide about 1/2" more lift than advertised, the larger size tires however will provide an additional inch or two of height depending on what size you go with of course!
Definitely PM us as we have both a forum member and veteran/military discount available! If you like the height of the Mopar kit then our 2.5" kit would be the way to go :like:
The only difference is really the joints that are used. The Overland kit uses Giiros on both ends, and the Premium kit uses a Johnny Joints adjuster at the frame side. Really you can install the arms in either direction, it won't negatively affect anything either way, we just try to keep the jam...
Yes we actually have it set up on our diesel now! I'll include a link with some photos for the pre-order for you to check out. And yes those shocks would work perfectly :like:

The leveling kit will be up on the website in about a week or two, however it is something we can actually sell now if you want to give us a call! Phone number of the shop is (203) 691-8593.
Glad you were able to sort this out! It's usually always something super simple like this :) If you need anything else let us know, we're always happy to help!
