The 18's are the same bolt pattern as the 17's so no, that's not an issue. Tires would be the actual issue.

The 315/75/R17's I have Discount mounted no issues, it is the max size that can go on stocks.

I have 315's on stocks on a Freedom with a study steel with no rubbing issues even in moderate offroading.
