Yes the the sun is bad on the rubber,softops,and vinyl in the southwest if left outside 24/7.

If thats the plan,I wouldnt drive it in the snow unless I had to.Here in the southwest there is no rust.

100% agree with this.Learned this from trial and error.The JW speakers made the rain look like white dots which bugged out my eyes after a while.Cibies in the TJ were the bomb,not available for the JTs or JLs.

Id replace both batteries,one will drain the other if one is bad.15 volts seems high dunno on that one.Also not a fan of the Tazor,but many have with no issues and is the Tazor been updated.Some have had to do that to prevent it from draining the batteries.
