My dad has a 2004 Wrangler Sport, completely factory except for a modern stereo and the rims and tires, 6 cylinder, stick shift, AC.
130,000 miles.
No mechanical issues. Red paint in great shape, soft top four years old.
We are getting a lot of differing opinions on what a fair price to ask...
I actually understand that completely. My problem is when I'm being lied to about whether or not it's in stock. Just be upfront and tell me that you have no idea when it's coming and everything is fine. But if you keep promising me a date that something's going to be here and keep missing it...
This is really just a mini rant, but also really looking for advice.
Since the Pandemic last year, there have been shipping delays and issues, I completely understand that.
However, now a year later, I have had it with companies websites telling me things are in stock or ready to ship, then...
I am going to call and ask Edelbrock about this when I have time, but I figured I would ask here and see if anyone knew.
If using the supercharger and their provided tune, can I still use my Taser Mini to change tire size and gear ratio as needed, as well as disabling auto stop start and other...
Wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has any insight as to how to actually get the problem resolved.
Two days ago my Sirius Trial stopped working. I found this odd since I purchased 05/11/2020 and my window sticker says I get a year for free.
I bought out of state during...
Yes, for sure call corporate before anymore dealership communication. Give great detail about how long they have had it, why they claim its taking so long, and any other communication issues.
Make sure they know that the dealership offered to let you rent a vehicle from them and didn't offer...
You are getting hosed for sure.
Might want to call and inform corporate of the situation before you tip off the dealership that you are going too.
A month in the dealership is a long time, in some states you are into lemon law territory.
For me, I described my problem, showed them the TSB, someone drove it, they adjusted something real quick, drove it again, said parts were ordered.
Maybe an hour and a half? I had an appointment.
I have the Rock Krawler Pro X Stage 1 set up, and a terra flex steering stabilizer, but that still shouldn't explain how they messed it up.
If TheMuffinOfEvil was a Star Trek episode its one I missed. Its my gamertag from when I was a kid, just never swapped to something more "mature" online.
So I had a freaking experience today.
First, let me say, I had the TSB done, and the dead zone in my steering wheel is completely gone. It is a night and day difference.
Now, let me tell you my struggle.
I get there to pick my Gladiator up and my service advisor who I normally have a great...
Rough country lifts are also known for issues.
Can you link the exact lift kit you got?
I see you got new tires and rims as well, are you sure they are in balance?
If someone can chime in and clear something up. I was lead to believe the steering stabilizer for a Rubicon or Mojave was somehow better than the one from a sport or overland.
If anyone knows for sure please post here. I am not trying to deceive anyone, that is just what I was told.
