Went ahead and replaced the stock ones with the DS18 JP6s. Definitely a bit intimidating since you take most of the dash apart. Luckily they are pretty easy, just lots of screws.
Unfortunately, I'm still having issues with the front speakers not working at all. Hopefully if I can ever get...
They can still access your stuff when you are pressing your lock unlock buttons. A lot of the times that is when they're getting your "data," if you will.
I attended a surveillance/counter surveillance course late last year. They covered how thieves can get in your vehicles without the FOBs...
I've been thinking about them. I have to exercise in the mornings for work and I'm not returning home to shower and change. If it rains it will help keep my inside from smelling pretty awful.
Currently sitting at 13.1 MPG. Small hills here and there and all in town driving. After my next field trip later this year I will go to 4.88s. Best I've ever got was like 15.9 and that was going from Fort Hood to Fort Benning and even that did not last long.
Are you typing it in, or using the auto thing? I've had sites not recognize the address when I've I had it put in automatically. After I physically typed it those sites have accepted it.
For those of you who have replaced the knee panel speakers, what are you running? Currently have MB Quarts on top of the dash, with their 6x9s up top, factory sub and Insane head unit. Not wanting nothing too crazy where I have to add an amp.
Was hoping MB Quart was going to run a Jeep Beach...
You're going to have to unmarry it. I thought you could just unplug it w/out doing that and it caused problems with my speakers and head unit.
Unplugged it so I could take it to the dealer for the recall. Head unit wouldn't power on and my front speakers still don't work. That was months ago...
It seemed like with time those key ignitions needed to be in their sweet spot to start too. Meaning I'd have to provide just a hair of upwards pressure for it to want to accept the key and start.
Mine really aren't fans of riding in the Jeep.
Baxter and Elsa top pic dozing off while I mess around with my front bumper.
Heidi, I adopted her last summer. She can be quite the handful.
Only picture of all three.
Here is crazy idea, you get with that WRX dude and you two work on something. Since for whatever reason you two are the only ones who want this. You want other people to waste their time and money researching something they clearly have no interest in nor benefits no one other than you guessed...
I think people just see bright lights and assume you left your brights on. I think I've had more people flash their lights at me in my SHO than in my Gladiator. Of course, there are also the lifted dudes who haven't adjusted their lights as well, which don't help.
Does anyone know what type of mounts I will need to purchase to mount my flush mounted Diode Dynamics SS3 fog lights to the Fab Fours stubby bumper? TIA
It is kinda lousy Jeep doesn't provide anything when they do reply other than the generic copy and paste message they send out on occasion. Maybe I haven't looked hard enough but it would be nice if they created a thread on stuff they're aware of and or working on. Or some actual forum...
You can cancel online through the chat option. They tried haggling once, but I stood my ground and that was it. They do call every so often but I don't answer if I don't know the number.
