  1. Skids plates for JTR

Are the red skids for the rear shocks. What brand and were they fairly easy to install?
  2. Asfir 4x4 Engine and Transmission skid plate

I have ordered the Rusty’s lower control arm frame side skid plates. If you are interested I will provide an update when I get them installed etc. As I indicated in another post, I am wondering how the Asfir skid plate, or any other brand’s skid plate, complicates oil changes - both in terms...
  3. Asfir 4x4 Engine and Transmission skid plate

I am interested in this skid plate as well. I am wondering whether or not this complicates oil changes.
  4. Asfir 4x4 Engine and Transmission skid plate

Saw your Instagram pics. Very nice. Another quick question. Is it easy to change oil with the Asfir skid on?
  5. Skids plates for JTR

Thanks. Have you done any other skids? Do you have a lift and bigger tires?
  6. Asfir 4x4 Engine and Transmission skid plate

Thanks for your response. This appears to be a really good option. I do not want to throw my money away or cheap out but I do not want to unnecessarily spend upwards of a grand and add a lot oF unnecessary weight either. If the Asfir works with the factory skids in terms of providing cheap...
  7. Asfir 4x4 Engine and Transmission skid plate

I also have a few questions about the after market skids for your JTR. Are you still happy with the Asfir product? Did you add any control arm skids? Some have said the frame side rar lower control arms need protection and have recommended the Rusty’s off road product. I have a JTR with 2.5”...
  8. Skids plates for JTR

Saw your post regarding the Rusty’s LCA skid plates. Did you install them yourself? If so how did that go? My JTR has 37s with a 2.5” lift. While I will not be doing heavy duty rock crawling, but mainly trails with obstacles, the LCA skids should be cheap insurance.
  9. CB Radio & CB Antenna installation in my Jeep Gladiator

Great write up. I have followed it closely. I have found the plastic plug. Since i do not yet have my antenna cable I have not yet tried get it out. It looks hard to get to but I think I can get to it with pliers. How did you reach in there to get it back in. I am wondering if drilling a...
