    Yeah, I have my battery NORCO charger always in that port, and I haven't had any battery issues. I also assumed that it was only powered in ACC or RUN mode.

    I think Quadratec has one too. I have the transmission one and it clears the crossover. Perhaps the one you're using gives more ground clearance. I do rock crawling, and it has been hit a couple times, but survived well. The rest of my skids are OEM.

    I do a similar thing with my MT. After applying the parking brake I depress the clutch to take the pressure off the trans. Probably not necessary, but just a habit.

    Not that issue, but a fairly large rock about three inches in diameter was thrown up and lodged between the crossover pipe and the plate causing an odd vibration. I couldn’t place it until I found it. How it got thrown up there remains a mystery. I was wheeling in mixed snow and rock so not too...
