Unscheduled:
BX = good order available for scheduling
BB = fleet order only ñ review by bid department
BD = special equipment processing
BE = edit error - coding error which must be corrected...
I agree with you more then you can imagine.. I have flipped out on FCA Canada for not having this service for us, what privacy laws could they even be talking about..it is my truck, why not tell me what’s up..so I agree!!! They have the info and what kills me is when they say they have no access...
The dealer told me yesterday that it was supposed to hopefully arrive today but not looking like that, been tracking via VIN on Cassens site and there is no movement. And yes it is in the yard there in Windsor at Cassens…. Sitting there all alone.. so sad
I am sure they do, or records attached to our VINs and VONs.. a bit embarrassing but I want to know why my Jeep has been held up for almost a week less then two hours away..crazy..all built but just sitting there..

I ordered my Jeep on March 26 and I had almost every option and mine was a rubicon, every option except Bluetooth speaker. Had hard top tonneau and spray in Bedliner, which seemed to be the ones that were delaying builds
