I think the dealers here truly do not know the status or the reasons for the delays, it is not their fault, I think they just do not have the info like the American dealers or Jeep Chat has.. that is my assumption

Spoke to my dealer today… still no VIN and still in BX status with zero idea of when my build will be scheduled. And yes a better communication avenue for Canadians like the Jeep cHat would be great…

Well 10 weeks I would understand as I was quoted 13 but just like you I see orders being pumped out in a couple weeks and that fuels the fire and frustration.

Yes customer service and it is works about once it very 8 times, most times they say they cannot help but I keep trying, when they ask for address I type really slow lol and some times I get their reply below I finish my address, I enter email, then phone then VON again then street address the...
Just ask for an update on my order and have them my VON, then they gave me the update and did not mention anything about being in Canada. It works sometimes, but mostly they say they can not help because we are in Canada, just got lucky I guess with this rep.
Just tried Jeep chat and got a helpful rep who actually gave me and update… my order has passed edit but still has not been scheduled for build, possible constraint or scheduling issue.. check back in a week.
so zero movement still, makes no sense how other trucks ordered after mine are built...
