Thatās what I did. It comes with a sleeve and instructions for the concrete base. The full pole is removable. Thatās why Iām going to build another base in the desert to fly the flag when Iām out there.

There is definitely an art to welding aluminum. Low heat for starters. A welder friend told me that in welding class they had to learn to weld two aluminum cans together. They melted a lot of cans before figuring out how to do it.
