Yes DIY. Defiantly helps with the road noise. I have the Willys and mud tires, they are not exactly quiet at 70mph. With the headliner I don't have to have my radio turned up as loud. Here is the tutorial I used if you have not already seen it...

Tyger nerf bars don't fit with the rock rails? That would cover the weld seam. I have been looking for a step that looks like these that I can leave the rock rails on. I need the step for my grand kids.
