Besides being a steelie, the spare does not have a TPMS sensor. The system is self-learning though. No need to program.

Only issue with the last point is you're also going to attract law enforcement attention with that. By federal law, it has to be visible. If they spot it parked somewhere public, they can tow it until they confirm it's not stolen. Low risk, but not zero risk.
