Had the same thing happen to me. Took it apart, did the troubleshooting from their website, replaced the pressure switch and couldn’t find anything and still didn’t work. Reinstalled with the original pressure switch and it worked for a couple months, this weekend had the same thing happen...

nice. Not sure what size tires you’ll be running, but I’m on 37s and went with 4.88. I’m not unhappy with them but if I had to do it over again I’d go with 5.13.

I had mine done at Offroad Elements in Abington ma. I’d recommend them. Don’t remember the exact cost, I think it was in the 2200-2300 range.

The spare that came with the kit is the picture in my hand. When I need to replace them I will buy the generic refill that I posted (or something similar) I haven’t needed to replace them yet but looking at the ones that came with the kit I don’t see why this wouldn’t work. Makes a lot more...

Haven’t needed to replace yet, but I don’t think they’re custom. $8 generic wiper refills look like they’d do the job. I did the modification with the hole and grommet and haven‘t has any issues since. Wish they suggested this for install, but I don‘t regret buying them.

Has anyone tried generic refills with these? Seems weird that they would make these proprietary and not offer replacements - maybe the 4.99 ones from AutoZone work?

The Lock’er Down has a top, bottom, left and right - there is no steel in the front or back of the console. Mine actually got stuck closed and I had to force my way in - it took a couple hours and more than 1 drill bit to get through the lock to open it.

I found that if you hit unlock twice then lock - the windows stay down.

Lexol cleaner and conditioner worked for me.

That looks like the bottom piece. I actually bought both, but the Armolite is too thick for them to snap together, so I just pushed the top piece onto the exposed post in the hole, as others have done above.

If anyone’s interested those top caps were I think $2 at my local dealership. p/n 5NT41TX7AA. Saved myself the hassle of removing from the carpet. These should be included with the kit IMO.

Hi All, Installed an ARB twin compressor so no longer need this set up. 10lb CO2 tank tested and filled last summer, other than that this is unused. Has bracket for JK roll bar, all other hardware is universal. Looking for $300 don’t think shipping will work so probably local to me in Canton, MA...
